3 Artists to Watch This Year

You heard it here first. These local artists are making moves in 2019.

We’re calling it. The Aussie talent you need to watch. They’re on the move, straight to the top.

1. TONES AND I (@tonesandi)

Starting organically busking on the streets of Byron Bay, TONES knows how to throw a party. She belts out some mean gritty vocals, backed up with a glossy pop sound that will have you sucked right in. Okay, we need more. Now.

Go give her debut single Johnny Run Away some love here

2. DVNA (@danadoingthingss)

Fresh out the Gold Coast, this producer/singer/songwriter will have you swooning. Cool girl funk, syrupy vocals and some sassed up lyrics. A recipe for success, no doubt.

We’ve got her latest single Looking Like a Snack right here to sink your teeth into.

3. KIRKLANDD (@iamkirklandd)

About to funk up Canberra's Groovin The Moo festival, Kirklandd produces a lush 90’s hip-hop inspired sound layered with an authentic local voice. Super rich stuff, definitely one to watch.

Bathe your ears in his latest track Impulse here.

Let us know who you're vibing. Tag @whiskyandstone in their stuff or just DM us a vid of yourself hitting the high notes. Who knows, maybe you're the undiscovered talent everyone's been waiting for..
